- Radhe Jewellers does not accept returns or provide refunds for any products. This policy is in place because each item is carefully checked and verified for quality before shipment.
2. Replacement Policy
- If a product is found to be damaged upon arrival, a replacement may be requested. To qualify for a replacement, you must:
- Notify us within 2 days of receiving the product.
- Provide an unboxing video clearly showing the damage to the product.
3. Shipping Damage
- In the unlikely event that a product is damaged during shipping, the above replacement policy will apply. The unboxing video must clearly demonstrate that the damage occurred during transit.
4. Quality Assurance
- We take every measure to ensure our products are of the highest quality. Each item is inspected before being shipped to guarantee there is no damage.
